Refund Policy
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at support@petnola.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
