At Petnola, we work to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Here you'll find all the information about our shipping.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Canada and United States: 5 to 10 business days
Times may vary depending on your location, peak season (Black Friday, Christmas), and logistical factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and your address. We occasionally offer free shipping on purchases over a minimum amount — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to find out.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it. If you do not receive the email within 3 business days after your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs delays
For shipments to the United States, packages may occasionally undergo a brief customs inspection. This generally does not add more than 1 to 3 days to the total delivery time.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at support@petnola.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address carefully when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you noticed an error, please contact us as soon as possible — if the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to correct it.
